What we collect

When you request tickets, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, travel route, travel date, ticket type, and the number of travelers. We also record anonymous usage data such as the pages you visit, the steps you complete in the request form, and how you arrived at our website (for example a search engine or an advertisement).

Payments

Payments are processed by Cardinity. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or other card details. We only store the payment status, amount, currency, and the payment provider's reference so we can process your request.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We use the Google Ads tag to measure how visitors interact with our website and whether our advertisements lead to ticket requests. This allows Google to collect data such as your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit, and to associate your visit with an ad click for measurement purposes. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are not tracked by the Google Ads tag. You can also opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings.

How we use your data

We use your request details solely to purchase and deliver your Washington State Ferries tickets and to contact you about your request. Anonymous usage and advertising data help us understand and improve our website and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to view, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us through the request form and we will respond as quickly as possible.
